Steelwork to the roof is almost complete, scaffolding to the roof is nearing completion and the unitised cladding started. Podium is nearing completion with the glazing and internal finishes rushing ahead.

The podium works are starting to speed up now most of the glass is installed.

The building has topped out with only the roof steelwork to be installed, followed by the cladding…. My Pièce de résistance … that will slowly be unveiled to the outside world. There are few renders of what is going to be constructed so the ‘public’ will have to wait as it is slowly constructed.  Cannot wait for the party in September.

The shutters and screens are slowly being peeled back off the building, within the next month or so the ugly duckling will be transformed.

Commisioning and completion of the internal fitouts are well advanced.

Things are busy now..

The Level 33 slab is complete and the guys are prepping Level 34. Curtain wall is on Level 27, Carpets installed to Level 13, with the podium kicking off also.
