The Level 14 Plantroom scaffolding is slowly taking shape. Every item is attached to a lanyard so that it cannot fall off the building, as such it is a slow process. This is the first stage where the soffit and column cladding is installed, followed by the 6.5m high louvres. Once complete the scaffold is removed and replaced with a smaller version so that the parapet cappings can be completed.
The curtain wall to the front of the building has started to be infilled, as this needs to be sealed to allow the plantroom to be completed.
At Podium Level the ‘Blade Wall’ installation has been going well. This massive steel structure provides a 20m high sepeartion through the centre of the entrance. When complete it will be covered in Composite zinc panels.
The structure is approximately at Level 21.
