With Xmas drawing near work is almost in a state of flux. On one hand everyone is trying to complete what they can, on the other they are all slowly winding down for the break which everyone needs.
The main George Street crane was jumped again on Saturday and part of the Awning Installed. The balance of which will be completed in the coming days. Scaffolding is almost complete on Level 14 and has started being dismantled in a flurry. Without this main scaffold being completed the rest of the work cannot finish. It is a bit like a catapillar finally turning into a butterfly. The louvres are slowly being unveiled. Curtain wall has commenced on Level 16 whilst concrete is being poured up on Level 25.. only seven floors to go before the roof starts.
